davebo10  Awesome game. Every kid I have played this with liked it. Teaches division and remainders. Exciting for the kids.
jcarvin106Yes This is a fantastic push-your-luck style game that's good for kids and adults. One of the biggest hits and most requested game at our church family game nights.
Larry Welborn103Yes Great press your luck game for children. Both my 5 and 3 year old can play this quite well.
m_hamburg104Yes I've played this with adults more than kids, but it has been popular with my friend's seven-year-old. I also like it quite a bit myself- it's simple, elegant, plays up to eight, and is just a lot of fun! I'm pretty sure that my four-year-old is ready for this, so I've ordered my own copy and am very anxious to try it with her.
Ossian10  The kids (age 4 & 6) love it and always want to play - the lovely gems make all the difference.
artfuldodge295Yes This press your luck game is tremendous fun. Should I keep what I've got? Press onward? I must reccomend Diamant over Incan Gold, the US reprint. The bitz are so much better. Great fun for adults or young ones. A rival for my most favorite press your luck game - Can't Stop.
boltongeordie95Yes Lets hear it for the Incan Gold version - the bits are not quite as good but it does have the new artifacts which change the balance of play slightly and tempt people towards an early exit (but watch out that nobody else leaves in the same turn). Fantastic push your luck game. Good from 5 up because it is quick and very simple to teach, plus the kids love the theme.
corross94Yes Fun game! The rules are simple enough for even quite-young children, and the push-your-luck element makes it fun for older folk, too . . . I think I like this even more than the kids that I've played with. For people who are especially risk-averse (or anxiety-prone), this game might not suit -- people who always duck out of the temple super-early rather than risk the potential for flaming disaster can win the game but don't seem to enjoy it much. For everyone else, though, it's great fun!
dclose95Yes This is a really good game for teaching kids risk taking in a safe setting. I replaced the cards in my Incan Gold version with colored pawns, as showing a pawn (or not) is easier to remember for younger kids than figuring out which of two similar cards to choose.
ERPriest95Yes We play the Incan Gold version, which is simple, quick, and fun. Our kids (12 and 14) like it alot and it plays well with 3 or 4 but shines with more. My only complaint is the tediousness of doling out and constantly trading in those little treasure nuggets.
Grildensnork95Yes My kid loves push your luck games. He is curiously good at this! He has an uncanny knack of knowing when disasters are approaching!
mawiker95Yes
megacamel95Yes Very simple and more-ish game. Adults will still enjoy playing without having to let the kids win on purpose. The kids love the rubies/diamonds and expedition crates. Sharing out the gems can be useful division practice.
mudrash96Yes A must own game for kids and adults. The push-your-luck mechanism is very addicting. I have played both versions and actually like playing one of two cards in the Incan Gold version as oppossed to showing or not showing your meeple in Diamant. Pick this one up!
Norwood95Yes Just a fast, fun game for people of all ages. Even if kids really don't understand what they're doing, they can still play and have a great time. But the decisions are so simple, that even younger school-age children should be able to follow what's going on. Highly recommended!
sandys95Yes This is a great game. It has been very popular with everyone we have played it with from my 5-year-old up through both my teenagers and including grandparents, aunts, and uncles. We have introduced it to a lot of people and we often have requests to bring it with us. It has a great push your luck theme and just about anyone can win with a little luck. My youngest son loves this game and he can almost always get someone to sit down and play it with him and that is what I was really looking for when I picked this up - something good for all age ranges.
sevorges9  I love this game. Gameplay is easier to learn than Candyland. The game itself is a push your luck based on probability. Each decision is perplexing because the decision of the other players affects the outcome as well as the luck of the carddraw.
shawndumas95Yes Kids need very little hand holding. Pre-teens and teens will have no trouble and are likely to enjoy. No half naked women, gore, cursing, or morbidity.
shumyum9  I played once with a mixed kid/adult group (8-13 y.o.s) and it went over very well. I really need to try it with my young kids!
smithhemb9   Surprisingly great game for kindergartners -- between the pretty jewels and the deadly scorpions, it has something for everybody. Handles up to 8 players (the more, the better). Great for mixed-age groups -- little kids can play, older ones don't consider it childish, grandparents get it quickly. More about pressing your luck and psyching out your opponents than about strategy.
